Who we are

At Illuminos, we specialize in Executive Function (EF) Coaching, helping students build essential skills like organization, time management, and self-advocacy. This foundation fosters confidence and independence, especially for students with learning differences, including those with multiple diagnoses.

Over the years, parents who’ve seen the transformative impact of our EF Coaching have asked us for support in other areas. In response, we’ve expanded our services to include personalized subject tutoring, test prep, college counseling, parent coaching, and mental health consulting.

We take a whole-family approach to ensure success for the student and peace of mind for parents. By tailoring strategies to each child’s unique strengths and challenges—and collaborating with parents and their support team—we create a cohesive plan that helps the entire family thrive. Our personal connection to the challenges many of our students face truly sets our team apart. Our coaches have firsthand experience with learning differences such as ADHD, Processing Delays, Math and Reading disabilities, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, and more, which gives them unique insights into the struggles these students encounter. This personal understanding, combined with professional expertise, allows us to offer empathetic and effective support.

Drawing from her personal experiences with ADHD within her family, Wendy co-founded Illuminos to create a nurturing and effective support system for students facing similar challenges. With a rich background as a practicing attorney, General Counsel, and COO, Wendy brings unparalleled expertise to the management and growth of Illuminos. Her lifelong passion for children’s causes and her commitment to helping students succeed are the driving forces behind the company’s mission. Wendy’s leadership ensures that Illuminos remains focused on delivering personalized, research-driven support to every student.
