Our coaches
Our coaches are patient, creative, and passionate educators who are handpicked to work with each student.
Our coaches are educators with firsthand experience supporting students with learning differences such as ADHD, processing delays, math and reading disabilities, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyslexia, and more. This gives them unique insights into the struggles these students encounter. This personal understanding and professional expertise allow us to offer empathetic and effective support.
We take great care in selecting and preparing our coaches to work with students. Our educators are highly experienced, and before they ever meet with a student, they undergo a thorough recruitment and training process. This includes multiple interviews, comprehensive background checks, and a robust training program to ensure they are fully equipped to support each student’s unique needs. We are committed to ongoing education, ensuring our coaches continually develop their skills to provide the best possible support.
