Your child’s road to success in school starts here.
Help Your Child become a great student!
We care as much as you do
Our coaches work with students one-on-one and in-home, to personalize our proprietary curriculum for each child’s individual needs through the integration of new routines into their everyday school work and busy lives.
Our program is designed to graduate students out of the program in 9 - 12 months of sessions - working with students at least 2 times per week. Sessions are typically an hour but may run longer, depending on the student’s needs.
Get Your Child Matched with the Perfect Coach
Give your child the support they need to succeed
We teach
We teach students to be organized, manage their time, study using personalized learning strategies based on the student's learning style, and how to plan by maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly calendars. They learn to use tools that work best for them through the integration of new routines into current homework, school, activities, tests, projects, papers, sports, and everyday life.
We thoughtfully match students
We take great care to pair the right coach with each student and family. Our goal is for your child’s coach to become a trusted confidant, advisor, and personal cheerleader. Each coach has been trained and certified to teach the Illuminos curriculum. Coaches are selected based on their own academic achievement, EF skills, experience with students and children, communication skills, and personality.
We support work done in school & at home
We support and build upon the work of educators by providing students, including those managing learning differences, with in-home sessions based on our flagship Executive Function curriculum. By teaching students our proven, integrated self-management system that applies across all subjects, our unique curriculum provides students with the skills to:
Organize
Plan and Prioritize
Take Essential Notes
Study Effectively
Communicate Clearly
Self-Advocate

Emma’s Story
10th Grader with ADHD developed executive functioning skills
to improve her grades and self-confidence
Emma was a sophomore in high school struggling with late assignments, forgetting papers and understanding her recent ADHD diagnosis. To make matters worse, she and her parents were not getting along because she felt like her parents were constantly on her about her homework and handing in assignments. She felt like all they did was argue about school making her everyday life so much harder than her friends’. Emma was starting to feel anxious and that her parents were disappointed in her constantly.
